Elena Delbianco, Chief Financial Officer
Elena Delbianco is an experienced executive in finance and operations with a background in strategic financial planning and scaling technology startups. She previously worked in investment banking and later transitioned to the tech ecosystem, where she supported fundraising, financial strategies, and operational development at AI and fintech companies. At Merantix Momentum, she serves as CFO and is responsible for finance and operations to drive the company’s growth and long-term development. She holds a Master of Science in Management Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano.

Paul Rupprecht, Chief Commercial Officer
Paul is an expert in AI transformations within organizations and heads the Professional Services division at Merantix Momentum. Paul has ten years of experience in implementing and scaling AI initiatives. At Merantix Momentum, he has built several business units and played a key role in developing the Professional Services business. He holds an M.Sc. in Information and Automation Technology and also serves as an AI Advisor for Merantix Capital and as a member of Cornelsen’s AI Advisory Board.

Dr. Thomas Wollmann, Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Thomas Wollmann is an experienced expert in machine learning and AI infrastructure. He earned his doctorate (Dr. rer. nat.) in computer science and an M.Sc. in medical informatics from Heidelberg University. His doctoral thesis focused on high-content microscopy image analysis. In addition, Thomas Wollmann has more than 10 years of experience in the field of computer vision.
