As a content partner for ESMT Berlin, we lead the full third day of the “AI for Managers” program focusing on turning AI potential into actionable, value-generating AI roadmaps. Our approach combines interactive learning with and from our real-world AI projects: through a series of case discussions, guided exercises, and expert facilitation, participants apply the Merantix AI Canvas to evaluate feasibility, impact, and business alignment of AI use cases. 

We bring cross-industry experience and a practitioner’s perspective into the classroom, empowering leaders to identify, prioritize, and scale value-creating AI initiatives responsibly.

Through this collaboration, more than hundred executives have gained a practical understanding of how to move from AI theory to strategic execution. Participants consistently report increased confidence in leading AI discussions, framing use cases with business impact in mind, and translating technical complexity into executive-level decision-making.
