As part of Cornelsen’s AI Toolbox, we co-developed the Material Designer, a tool that allows teachers to automatically generate high-quality exercises and teaching content. Educators can define metadata such as grade, subject, task type, and learning objective to create customized material in just a few clicks.

The tool also supports integration of external sources, such as textbook content or YouTube videos, helping teachers create more engaging and curriculum-aligned exercises that resonate with students.

Since its launch in 2024, the Material Designer has been widely adopted and is actively used by schools and educators in their daily work. It has received highly positive feedback from teachers and has been recognized as an award-winning example of AI in education.
